In line with the commitments declared and assumed with the Code of Ethics towards stakeholders, Esys Srl has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model required by Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, no. 231 and subsequent amendments, which introduced a regime of administrative – but in fact criminal – liability for companies for certain types of crimes.
The Organization, Management and Control Model, adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors, was integrated with the company management system.
The Model adopted by the company is consistent in its contents with the provisions of the guidelines drawn up on the subject by the trade associations, and represents a further step towards rigor, transparency and a sense of responsibility in internal relations and with the outside world, offering at the same time to the shareholders the best guarantees of efficient and correct management.
